Thanks for all the help on this – we purchased the box from eMazzanti and they installed it last week. So far the unit and eMazzanti have been great. The watchguard interface is very easy to use and their technician, Doug Singer, was wonderful – very supportive, informative, and patient. I am very pleased with their performance – Carl Mazzanti has a very nice operation going there and I look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks again.
