eMazzanti has been our IT service provider for some time now, and I would definitely recommend them. They are very responsive and care about maintaining a good “fit” between the client and the techs that come on site. There have been a couple of emergency situations where I needed tech support on the weekend and my call was returned immediately and my problem was handled within minutes. All the staff who have worked in our offices are great, but Devin Alessi really stands out as an exceptional employee — gracious, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and I’ve seen him handle crisis situations with remarkable poise. All in all, we are very happy with eMazzanti.
