I just want to thank you and your team — especially Scott Parsons — for a job well done. 8 days ago, Scott migrated our (Watchguard) Core X750E cluster HA pair to the XTM 515 clustered HA pair. The transition was well planned and systematic with virtually minimal downtime. My users who stayed late on the night of migration did not even notice the temporary outage at all. This modernization project gave me peace of mind knowing that (1) our branch office network and data is protected and fortified against data security threats now and in the future; (2) and the Emazzanti technical support par excellence team we are accustomed to, is on stand by and will go out of their way to help us our organization — is PRICELESS!
